"I had to check in after 3+ days to get an order confirmation. Then the address on the order was wrong and I wasn’t notified vial email - found out about it when I checked the tracking number. I called in with logistic to correct the address. In between I checked in with customer service and never got a response after the order confirmation. Long story short - it took 2+ weeks to get the food with several interactions and no making up for the mess."
